摘　　要：在文献综述和实际调查的基础上构建了基于网络视角的文化创意产业创业环境评价模型,该评价模型的一级指标为:网络规模、网络强度、网络异质性和信任。并根据层次分析法(AHP)原理,结合专家打分法,应用Yaahp软件确定了这四个变量的权重,在此基础上,对评价杭州文化创意产业七大行业的创业环境作出评价。Based on literature review and actual survey this paper develops a set of assessment models for cultural and creative in- dustries entrepreneurial environment from network-based perspectives. The first indicators for the assessment model are the net- work size, network strength, network heterogeneity and trust. According to the principles of the Ar,alytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） and combining with expert scoring method, the Yaahp software is used to determine the weightings of the four variables. On this basis, the entrepreneurial environment of the seven sectors of cultural and creative industries in Hangzhou is evaluated.
