摘　　要：本文采用旋光法测定利巴韦林滴鼻液中利巴韦林的含量 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .2 9% ,RSD为 0 .6 5 %。测定结果与双波长紫外分光光度法相符 ,两种方法无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。本法简便、快速、准确 ,适用于制剂分析。This paper presents the determination of ribavirin in ribavirin nasal drops by polarimetry The average recovery was 100 29%,with the RSD of 0 65% The result was same comparing with result obtained by of dual wavelength spectrophotometry There were no significant difference in both methods(P>0 05) The method is simple,fast and accurate,it is suitable for analysis in the pharmacy
