高效液相色谱法测定奥美拉唑肠溶片的含量

摘　　要：:建立了采用高效液相色谱法测定奥美拉唑肠溶片含量的方法。以甲醇为溶剂 ,色谱柱 Waters Nova- Pak C1 8,流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液 (p H7.6 ) -乙腈 (75∶ 2 5 ) ,检测波长设定在 30 2 nm。线性范围为进样量 0 .10 μg～ 0 .81μg,γ=0 .9999,平均回收率为 10 0 .1% ,RSD=1.19%。本方法快速简便 ,精密度好 ,灵敏度高 ,可作为控制奥美拉唑肠溶片质量的方法。A high performance liquid chromatography method was established to determine the contents of omeprazole in its enteric coated tablets The analytical column was Waters Nova Pak C\-\{18\} The mobile phase was consisted of the phosphate buffer(pH 7 6) ocetonitrile(75:25) The detection wavelength was set at 302 nm The caliblation curve was linear in the range from 0 10 μg to 0 81 μg,γ=0 9999 The average recovery was 100 1%,with RSD was 1 19% The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the drug control
