摘　　要：目的：探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法（5-aminolevulinic acid mediated photodynamic therapy,ALAPDT）治疗乳房外Paget病的临床疗效。方法：对10例乳房外Paget病患者进行ALA-PDT治疗,每2周1次,连续治疗5次。3个月内每2周随防1次,3个月后每月随访1次,随访时间6个月~1年。结果：3例患者经过5次治疗后完全缓解;5例患者部分缓解,其中3例患者肿瘤明显缩小后,给予手术治疗,效果良好;2例患者无反应,但肿瘤均有不同程度的缩小。结论：ALA-PDT是一种疗效好、复发率低、无创伤性的治疗乳房外Paget病的有效方法。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of photodynamic therapy（PDT）of extramammary Paget＇s disease with 5-aminolevulinic acid（ ALA）. Methods： Ten patients were treated with ALA-PDT,20% ALA was applied on the lesions and 0. 5 cm around the clinical margins. Patients taking part in the study were treated once every 2 weeks,for a total of five treatment. The treated areas were observed every two week within 3 months and every one month after 3 months. follow-up period from 6 months to 1 year. Results： The clearance was achieved in 3 patients. Partial response was achieved in 5 patients,there were 3 patients who underwent surgical treatment after PDT and got a good response. No response was achieved in 2 patients,but the tumor area still shrinked a lot. Conclusion： ALA-PDT is an effective,non-traumatic treatment for patients with extramammary Paget＇s disease.
