计算机信息网络中版权保护的新发展

摘　　要：信息网络技术的发展打破了版权保护领域原有的权利和利益格局 ,版权传统权利的性质需从新加以认定。传统的版权保护制度已经越来越不能满足信息技术与信息手段的发展 ,面临着新的调整与改革 ,主要体现在对版权人的主要经济权利和精神权利的保护方面。信息网络的国际化给版权保护的专有性、地域性、时间性造成了一定的影响 ,必将产生新的法律冲突 ,进行区域性。The developments of information network technology have destroyed the already existing pattern of fights and benefit in copyright territory. It is thus necessary to reestablish the nature of rights in copyright system. Traditional copyright system has gradually lost the authority to satisfy the needs of development in information technology and instrument. New developments and reforms, mainly in the protection of economic and intellectual rights of copyrighters,become more and more urgent. The internationalization of information network is to some degree affecting copyright in the respect of specialty, territory and time, and new legal conflicts will consequently arise. To carry out the regional and international legislation, therefore, is the most effective solution to this problem.
