摘　　要：着重探讨编辑活动中编辑的能力结构 ,分析了其中最重要的八种能力 :选择能力、评价能力、语言文字能力、创新能力、研究与创作能力、审美能力、社会活动能力与管理能力、运用现代信息技术的能力。This article discusses the formation of editors' abilities in editorial work and analyzes the development of eight essential abilities. They are the abilities to discriminate, evaluate and innovate as well as the abilities of language, of research and creative writing, of aesthetic judgment, of social activity and management, and of modern information technology manipulation.
