摘 要:电网设备过载辅助决策是大电网安全稳定综合协调防御系统的重要功能,当电网中当前状态下和预想故障下出现过载问题时在线计算负荷转供措施,减少发电机调整量和卸负荷量,提高过载控制的经济性。采用不同的限值计算电网当前状态和预想故障下设备的过载安全裕度,计算负荷转供措施和有功调整措施的综合性能指标。若投运设备无法解决过载问题,则在此基础上确定解决过载问题的发电机、负荷有功调整措施。采用集群计算技术对调整方案进行交流潮流校核,确定控制代价最小且满足有功调整计算精度要求的调整方案。Overloading assistant decision-making is one of the most important modules in integrated and coordinated defense system of large power system security and stability. When overloading occurs under current operating condition or post-fault operating condition, the adjustment amount of generators and discharge loads can be decreased by online computation of load transfer actions to get a more economical control strategy. Different limits are adopted for the calculation of overloading safety margin under current operating condition or post-fault operating condition. A comprehensive index for load transfer actions and active power actions is calculated. If load transfer action can not eliminate overloading, active power adjustment of generators and loads is required. Based on parallel computing technology, AC power flow calculation is performed for each control strategy to get the one with least cost and satisfying the precision requirements of active power adjustment.
