完善监督法制是对干部有效监督的根本途径

摘　　要：如何有效地监督制约领导干部手中的权力 ,防止权力异化和腐败 ,是我们党和国家面临的一项重要而紧迫的任务。历史的经验告诉我们 ,要从根本上解决这一问题 ,必须使权力监督制约法制化。目前我国虽已初步建立起权力监督制约体制 ,但还存在不少缺陷 ,因此必须有针对性地进一步完善我国的监督法制 。WT5”BZ]One important and urgent task that our party and our nation are facing with is how to effectively supervise and restrain the leading cadres' power and how to prevent them from becoming corrupt.Historical experience tells us that a complete solution to the problem lies in legalization of power supervision and restraint.Despite the fact that the system of power supervision and control has been established,there are still some drawbacks.Therefore,our country's legal system of supervision must be perfected.The restraint organism by which power is used legally must be established and perfected.
