摘　　要：通过对当今信息化时代的特征分析,给出了信息安全建设的大背景。对网络攻击技术的演进和形式变化进行了解析,对新时期下主要网络攻击技术进行了剖析,在此基础上,提出了国家、企业在信息安全保障工作方面应考虑的新对策和新技术。Based on the characteristic analysis of today＇s information age, give the fundamental background of building the information security. Analyze the evolution and the changes of network attack techniques, dissect the main technolo- gy of cyber attacks in the new period, on this basis, propose the new strategies and new technologies that the nation, enterprises should consider in the information security work.
