宝贵的卫生资源 巨大的历史贡献——关于山东省国有企业医院的调查

摘　　要：国有企业医院是医疗卫生事业的重要组成部分 ,也是国家医疗卫生资源的重要组成部分。企业医院在企业的发展过程中 ,为保护劳动力 ,为完成享受“劳保医疗”人员及其家属的医疗保健任务 ,保障和促进企业发展作出了历史性贡献。在当前即将全面展开的医改中 ,企业医院既遇到了在卫生资源重组中得到生存发展的良好机遇 ,也面临着生存与发展的巨大困难。经过调研显示 ,各级地方政府及早出台有关国有企业医院改革的具体“实施意见”State-run enterprise hospitals are the important part in health medical care as well as in national medical health resources.They have made historical contributions to the protection of the labour force, enjoyment of free medical care for both workers and their family members, provision of the health care and the guarantee and promotion of the enterprises.In the coming overal reform, the enterprise hospitals are facing the good chances in seeking the new medical resources, on the other hand, they are also confronted with great difficulties in surviving and developing.They survey shows that it is imperative for the local government at different levels to put forward the concret measures to reform the state-run enterprise hospitals.
