摘  要:以总量减排控制指标为依据,采用压力-状态-响应(PSR)模型逻辑思维构建了SO2排放分析指标体系,通过Boston矩阵对我国24个重点城市的压力指标、状态指标和响应指标进行了分析,并以国家环境信息与统计能力建设项目减排数据管理与综合分析系统的应用为实例,重点阐述了典型城市SO2排放压力、减排活动响应和环境质量状态之间的关系.结果表明SO2排放压力指标的变化和状态目标的制定可以指导响应活动.该SO2排放指标分析应用于减排数据管理与综合分析系统,能够为污染减排工作提供指导意见.According to the control of pollution emission reduction,the SO2 pollution analysis index and indicator system has been set up by the module of pressure-state-response(PSR),which can analysize the pressure index,state index and response index based on the BOSTON Matrix,and it has been used in 24 Chinese cities.Besides,we also used the regulation of the data management for construction pollution and analysis system in the National Environment Information and Statistics.The aim of experiment is to point out the relationship among SO2 pollution in typical cities,pollution reduction and the environment response after the reduction.The conclusion of the experiment is that the change of SO2 pollution index and the target established can affect the response of environment.The above analysis system and method of SO2 pollution index can be used in the date management of pollution emission reduction and data integrated analysis system,and the research method also can provide the suggestion for the pollution reduction.
