三种复方抑菌剂的抑菌效果及毒性观察

摘　　要：目的观察3种复方抑菌剂的抑菌效果及其毒性。方法采用琼脂扩散法和动物试验法,对三种复方抑菌剂进行实验室抑菌效果和毒性测定。结果三种抑菌剂的基质均为体积分数1%的中药提取液,分别含醋酸氯己定、度米芬、苯甲酸均为1 000 mg/L。单纯中药提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌圈直径均为11 mm左右;加入醋酸氯己定、度米芬、苯甲酸之后,对各试验菌的抑菌圈约增加了1倍。苯甲酸复配抑菌剂对实验动物皮肤有中度刺激性,醋酸氯己定和度米芬复配抑菌剂对动物皮肤无刺激性。结论醋酸氯己定等三种成分与某中药提取液复配可提高抑菌效果,但苯甲酸复配制剂对皮肤有刺激性。Objective To observe the bacteriostat efficacy and toxicity of composite antibacterial agents. Methods The agar diffusion method and animal test methods were used to study the bacteriostat efficacy and toxicity of three kinds of com- posite baeteriostat agents in the laboratory. Results The three kinds of bacteriostat agents contained 1% （v/v） traditional chinese medicine extract as the matrix and contained 1 000mg/L chlorhexidine acetate, domiphen bromide and benzoic acid respectively. The inhibition zone of pure traditional chinese medicine extract on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicaus were 11mm diameter circle around; each test bacteria inhibition zone increased by about 1 times after joining chlorhexidine acetate, domiphen bromide and benzoic acid. Benzoic acid composite antibacterial agent had moderate skin irritation on experimental animals, while chlorhexidine acetate and domiphen composite antibacterial agents had no stimulation for animal skin. Conclusion Three kinds of antibacterial agents with a compound traditional Chinese medicine extract can increase antibacterial effect, but benzoic acid mixture has irritation to the skin.
