摘 要:目的研究培养基中葡萄糖含量对抑菌试验结果的影响。方法采用直接平板接种法,对培养基中不同含量葡萄糖影响抑菌试验结果进行观察。结果培养基中葡萄糖含量在质量分数1%~4%范围内,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌试验结果无影响,培养基中含葡萄糖1%以上即可对抗培养基中三氯生对白色念珠菌的抑菌作用,葡萄糖含量达到4%即可完全消除培养基中三氯生对白色念珠菌的抗菌作用。结论培养基加入不同浓度的葡萄糖能干扰抗菌成分的抑菌作用。Objective To study the influence of glucose content in culture medium on the result of inhibiting tests. Methods The direct plating method was used to observe the influence of different content of glucose in culture medium on the bactefiostasis test. Results When the mass fraction of glucose content ranged from 1% to 4%, it had no influence on the result of the Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteriostasis test. When the glucose content was more than 1% ,it would resist the antibacterial action of triclosan against Candida albicans. When the content of glucose was up to 4%, it would completely eliminate the antibacterial action of triclosan against Candida albicans. Conclusion The culture medium with different concentrations of glucose can interfere the antibacterial action of antibacterial composition.
