摘　　要：目的了解重庆市医院消毒供应中心(CSSD)对行业标准执行情况,以便加强标准执行力度。方法采用现场查看和问卷调查方式,对重庆市辖区内41所医院消毒供应中心进行调查。结果问卷调查显示,所调查的41所医院中,有85.37%的医院CSSD已经依据行业标准要求进行新建和改扩建,有36.59%的医院CSSD实现无菌物品集中管理,对外来器械实行规范化管理的CSSD占60.98%。现场查看发现,部分医院CSSD实用面积不足,建设布局欠合理,清洗和灭菌设施配备不足。有43.90%的医院CSSD无质量管理与追溯系统。结论重庆市医院CSSD标准化管理尚需要进一步细化,软硬件建设均需要落实,应加强监督管理力度。Objective To know the executive status of the rule of CSSD management of Chongqing hospitals, so as to strengthen the performance. Methods Field investigation and questionnaires were used to survey the disinfection supply center of 41 hospitals in Chongqing. Results 85.37% of the 41 hospitals investigated had new constructed or reorganization and expansion the CSSD based on the rules. 36. 59% of the hospitals had centralized management of aseptic materi- als. 60.98% of the CSSD had standardized management for loaner instrumentation. However, some CSSD＇s did not have e- nough area, the layout was not reasonable, and the cleaning and sterilization equipments was insufficient. 43.90% of the hospital did not set up quality management and tracing system. Conclusion The standards management of CSSD should strengthen the detailing, and the soft and hard construction should be implemented. We should enforce standardize management.
