摘　　要：建设城市群内部以轨道交通和高速公路为骨干．以普通公路为基础，有效衔接大中小城市和小城镇的多层次、快速综合交通运输网络。Multi-level and rapid integrated transport networks linking cities and towns should be built in urban agglomerations to meet the needs of new-type urbanization development. In the transport networks, rail transit and expressways work as the backbones with road transport as the basis.
