摘 要:以提高箔片轴承承载力为目的,提出了一种带有弹性支撑结构的多叶箔片轴承.基于柔度矩阵理论计算了箔片变形量,并与有限元分析软件的仿真结果进行了对比,以验证其准确性;建立了油膜厚度与箔片变形量关系的表达式,仿真研究了该箔片轴承的静态特性,并与无支撑结构的多叶箔片轴承进行对比分析;建立了油润滑箔片轴承静态特性实验台,实验测量油润滑弹性支撑多叶箔片轴承的承载力.结果表明:弹性支撑多叶箔片轴承的承载力大于没有支撑结构的轴承,在30 000r/min时承载力提高达109%;轴承转速越高,承载力增加越明显.实验得到的承载力与理论计算值相差2.7%,吻合较好.Multi-leaf foil bearing with compliant support was proposed in order to increase the bearing load capacity.Based on the flexibility matrix theory,the foil deformation was calculated theoretically,and compared with the finite element analysis results to verify the accuracy of the proposed method.The relationship between the oil film thickness and foil deformation was established.The static characteristics of the oil-lubricated foil bearing were studied numerically and compared with those of multi-leaf foil bearing without compliant support.The static characteristic test rig for oil-lubricated foil bearing was constructed,and then the load capacity of the foil bearing was obtained experimentally.The results indicate that the load capacity of multi-leaf foil bearing with compliant support is bigger than that without compliant support.When the rotating speed is 30 000 r/min,the load capacity of the bearing increases to 109% compared with the bearing without compliant support.As the rotating speed increases,the tendency for the increment is more obvious.The experimental load capacity agrees well with the theoretical value,and the difference between the results(measured and theoretical results) is 2.7%.
