摘　　要：在对昆明铁路局客运车辆管理调度管理现状和业务需求调研的基础上,针对突出问题和现实需求,设计并开发了铁路客运车辆调度信息系统。该系统基于.net、面向对象设计、图形化设计技术,实现了客车动态图形化显示和编挂,交路图的自动计算,客运车辆库信息维护,此外系统还具有操作监控、统计分析、自动报警等功能。On the basis of investigating the current situation and business needs in the passenger traffic car dispatching management of Kunming Railway Administration, aimed at the outstanding problems and real demand, the Railway Passenger Traffic Car Dispatching Information System was designed and developed. The System was based on.net, object-oriented design, and graphic design technology, was implemented the dynamic graphical display, hanging, road map automatic calculation, as well as car information maintenance. Moreover, the System was also with the functions of operation monitoring, statistical analysis, automatic alarming, and so on.
