摘　　要：解决当前我国社会领域存在的各种人民内部矛盾,只能采取非对抗性的方式,即在政府力量的主导下,引入非制度性的社会力量——社会公共领域的参与,在国家政府与私人领域之间的良性互动中调解和处理社会矛盾。从实践经验来看,社会公共领域能够通过推动社会管理模式创新、促进社会管理理念更新,从而弥补依靠正式制度进行社会管理的局限性。Only in non-confrontational ways can we solve the various contradictions among the people at the present stage in our country. That is, under the guidance of the government, non-systematical social powers should be introduced to handle social contradictions in the benign interaction between government and private domain. From practical experience, social public domain can promote the mode and idea innovation in social administration, making up for the systematical limitation in social administration.
