艾迪注射液改善肿瘤相关性抑郁临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察艾迪注射液治疗肿瘤相关性抑郁的疗效。方法采用随机对照研究方法,将肿瘤相关性抑郁患者分为治疗组55例,静滴艾迪注射液,对照组52例,静滴复方苦参注射液,每日1次,连续治疗14 d,观察治疗前后患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表17条目版本(HAMD-17)积分变化。结果对照组总有效率28.8%(15/52),治疗组为40.0%(22/55),P<0.05,有统计学意义。其中轻度肿瘤相关性抑郁总有效率对照组与治疗组分别为35.1%(13/37)和48.7%(19/39),P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论艾迪注射液对肿瘤相关性抑郁有一定改善作用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Aidi Injection on tumor-associated depression.Methods By applying pragmatic randomized controlled methds,all patients were divided into treatment group（n=55） given intravenous drip of Aidi Injection and control group（n=52） given intravenous drip of Fufang Kushen Injection once a day for 14 days.The changes of HAMD-17 integrals were observed in patients before and after treatment.ResultsThe total effective rate was 28.8%（15/52） in control group and 40.0%（22/55） in treatment group（P0.05）.The effective rate on mild tumor-associated depression was 35.1%（13/37） in control group and 48.7%（19/39） in treatment group（P0.05）.ConclusionAidi Injection has a certain curative effect on tumor-associated depression.
