应用赵炳南老中医“全虫方”治疗顽湿聚结的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨赵炳南老中医全虫方治疗顽湿聚结的疗效。方法将128例顽湿聚结的患者随机分为2组各64例,对照组给予沙利度胺片50 mg,每日3次,口服;治疗组给予赵炳南老中医全虫方分湿热蕴结和血瘀风燥2型辨证加减治疗。结果患者总有效率比较,治疗组97%,对照组81%,差异有统计学意义。结论赵炳南老中医全虫方治疗顽湿聚结有较好的疗效。Objective To discuss the curative effect of ZHAO Bing-nan＇s Quanchong Fang on stubborn dampness gathering.MethodsThe patients with stubborn dampness gathering（n=128） were randomly divided into two groups（each n=64）.Control group was treated with oral thalidomide（50 mg） 3 times daily,and treatment group was treated with modified ZHAO Bing-nan＇s Quanchong Fang after being differentiated into dampness-heat accumulation syndrome and blood stasis and wind-dryness syndrome.ResultsThe effective rate was 97% in treatment group and 81% in control group,and there was statistically significant between two groups.ConclusionZHAO Bing-nan＇ s Quanchong Fang has sound curative effects on stubborn dampness gathering.
