摘  要:运用数理统计的有关原理和方法 ,通过构造磨屑群简化并规范了量化铁谱定性分析的过程 .在磨屑群体特征分析的基础上 ,应用模糊数学的有关原理和方法 ,通过构造磨屑群体特征参量 ,推导出各因素和各因素集的隶属函数 ,结合铁谱工况监测的经验 ,建立了铁谱分析模糊综合评判系统 ,并通过现场工况监测实例 。On the basis of applying mathematical statistics to construct debris group the procedure of quantified qualitative ferrographic analysis was simplified and normalized. By using the method of debris group analysis and fuzzy mathematics, the characteristic parameters of debris group were constructed, and the membership functions of facts and fact categories were established. Finally, the fuzzy synthetic decision making system in ferrography was founded by synthesizing experience from actual wear condition monitoring. Furthermore, at the spot case was discussed to prove the reliability of this system.
