摘　　要：现代大学制度与高校后勤管理既具有服务大学事业发展和文化创新、民主治校、自主办学的根本职能,又兼具市场逻辑特性。现代大学制度与高校后勤管理是现代大学发展的共同体,只有厘清两者的关系特别是市场维度的关系,才能在逐渐健全现代大学制度的基础上,深入推进高校后勤改革,使两者互融互通。The modem university system and university logistics management have not only the fundamental func- tions to serve the university development, the cultural innovation, the democratic governance of school , the indepen- dent operation of school, but also the logic characteristics of market. The modem university system and university lo- gistics management is the community of the development of modern university, and only by clarifying the relationship between the two, especially the relationship of market dimension, can we gradually improve the modem university sys- tem and further promote the reform of university logistics so as to integrate the two.
