网上投票平台建设模式探析——以国土资源部门户网站“国土资源宣传主题口号评选”活动实践为例

摘　　要：针对传统的投票和调查方式已经不能满足国土资源管理工作需要的问题,研究认为,可以采取使用网上投票平台加以解决。经过开发测试和应用体验,采用浏览器/服务器(B/S)模式在网站上搭建网上投票平台,时效高、范围广,具有良好的灵活性、可扩展性,起到了良好的社会影响。国土资源部门户网站针对业务部门工作中的实际需要建设了"国土资源宣传主题口号评选"网上投票平台,网友投票超过10万。加强网上投票平台建设,探索创新技术和工作机制,大力推进信息化建设工作,提高服务水平,形成对国土资源管理工作的有效支撑。The traditional way of voting and surveys cannot be meeting the needs of land and resource management; we need to use the online voting platform to be addressed. After testing the application development experience, we find that the use of mode browser / server B / S ） to build the platform of online voting on the site might be feasible, because of its high speed , wide range, flexible and scalable, so it plays a good social impact. The official website of Ministry of Land and Resources, based on the actual needs of the business sector, established the ＂propaganda slogan selection of land and resources＂ at the online voting platform, so the users to vote have more than 100,000. Strengthening the online voting platform to explore the innovative technologies and working mechanism, vigorously promoting the innovation of information technology to improve the quality of service will he formed to work on the land and resource management and effective support
