北京地区高校毕业生就业权益保障调查问题研究

摘　　要：通过调查较全面地反映了毕业生就业平等权、知情权、隐私权和报酬权实现状况,结果显示,大部分受访者就业平等权、知情权和个人隐私信息能够得到有效保护,落实单位的求职者劳动保险和住房公积金保障率较高,北京地区高校毕业生求职过程的权益保障环境总体良好。但是调查中不容忽视的是,虚假就业信息、求职陷阱,不同类型的就业歧视和违约现象客观存在。侵权现象越多,就业越难,就业权益保障越应该加强,从根本上保证求职者在就业中的基本权利,还需要通过政府立法调整、健全组织机构和加强宣传教育等措施,不断巩固提高毕业生就业保障的力度、效果和质量。It is of great importance to protecte graduates＇ employment rights,the investigation aims to present a full picture of realization situations of college graduates＇ employment rights： equal rights, rights to know, privacy rights and rights to get paid. According to the survey, most respondents reveal their equal rights, informed right and private information have been protected effectively, employed graduates have a high coverage rate of labor insurance and housing provident fund, therefore employment rights protection environment in Beijing is generally good. However, what cannot be ignored from the survey is that there still exist false employment information, employment traps, employment discrimination of different kinds and violation. The more employment infringement existing and more difficult to get employed, the stronger employment rights should be protected. To fundamentally guarantee basic rights for job seeking graduates also requires government legislation to adjust and improve organizing structure, and to strengthen publicity and education to continuously consolidate and improve the strength, effect and quality of graduates＇ employment rights protection.
