辅导员在独立学院大学生全程化就业指导中的作用探析

摘　　要：当前,全国高校毕业生就业形势严峻,位居三本的独立学院毕业生也受其影响,改革传统的就业指导方式,建立"全程化"的就业指导模式势在必行。高校辅导员既是大学生思想政治教育工作的主力军,更是高校就业指导队伍的重要组成部分。针对目前独立学院就业指导中存在的一系列问题,分析了独立学院辅导员开展"全程化"就业指导的原因、作用和优势,并着重探讨了辅导员开展大学生"全程化"就业指导的具体措施和思路,力求充分发挥高校辅导员在就业工作中的作用,促进独立学院就业工作良性发展。As the situation of obtaining employment is becoming increasingly rigorous at present, the graduates of the third-grade independent college are also affected. Therefore to reform the traditional mode of employment guidance and establish the ＂thoroughly＂ one is imperative. College counselors are not only the main force of ideological and political education work, but also an important part of college employment guidance team. Aiming at a series of problems existing in the independent college employment guidance, the paper analyzes the cause, function and advantage of the employment guidance, and put more emphasis on probing how the college counselors carry out the ＂thoroughly＂ employment guidance so as to give full play to the role in employment, and promote the sound development of the independent college employment work.
