摘　　要：汽车转向节是汽车转向桥上的主要零件之一,能够使汽车稳定行驶并灵敏传递行驶方向。文中介绍的用于在铣床上精铣转向节内开档面的专用夹具,主要由夹具体、转位压板、V形支承、对刀块等零件组成。着重阐述了夹具的定位方案,夹紧装置,夹具在铣床上的安装。As a major component in automobile steering axle, steering knuckle ensures a stable and swift driving. The special jig consists of fixture body, indexing clamping cap, v-support and feeler block, which is applied on the lathe for the fine milling of knuckle inner openings. The location methods, jigs and their installment on the lathe are expounded.
