摘　　要：对严寒、寒冷、夏热冬冷、夏热冬暖4个不同气候区5个典型代表地区的村镇进行问卷调研,得到不同气候区村镇能源消耗现状,并从终端用途和能源消耗种类对其村镇用能特征进行了分析,在此基础上,利用SPSS统计软件对其能耗影响因素进行了偏相关分析,分析结果表明供暖状况和人均收入是影响能耗较大的因素,优化供暖方式、降低供暖能耗是村镇建筑节能的1个重要方面。This paper conducted questionnaire survey on villages and towns in 5 typical areas in different climatic regions characterized by severe cold,cold,hot in summer and cold in winter,hot in summer and warm in winter to obtain status quo of energy consumption by villages and towns in different climatic regions, analyzed energy consumption characteristics of their villages and towns from end use and energy consumption categories, and used statistics software to conduct partial correlation analysis on their energy consumption factors thereon;and the results showed that heating and per capita income were the factors that had greater impact on energy consumption, and optimization of heating methods and reduction of energy consumption by heating are important to energy conservation of buildings in villages and towns.
