摘  要:热镀铝锌钢表面单一的硅烷涂层或环氧涂层的防护效果不佳。采用浸渍-提拉法在热镀铝锌钢板表面制备了水性环氧树脂(BH685)-γ-(2,3环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)复合涂层。采用扫描电镜观察复合涂层表面形貌;采用能谱仪及傅立叶变换红外光谱仪研究了其成分及结构;通过盐雾腐蚀及电化学方法测试了其耐蚀性能。结果表明:复合涂层均匀、完整,但存在微裂纹;硅烷KH560与热镀铝锌钢板基体发生了化学键合作用,形成了Si-O-Al、Si-O-Zn和Si-O-C结构,复合涂层主要含有C,O,Si,Al,Zn等元素;复合涂层显著提高了热镀铝锌钢板的耐蚀性能,对基体附着力较高。Composite coatings of waterborne epoxy resin(BH685) and γ-glycidyl ether oxygen propyl trimethoxy silane(KH560) were deposited on hot-dip aluminizing-galvanizing(Al-Zn) steel sheets by immersing and pulling technique.The morphology,composition,and structure of the composite coatings were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometry,and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry.Moreover,the corrosion resistance of the composite coatings was evaluated by salt-spray test and electrochemical test.Results showed that as-prepared composite coatings were uniform and complete but contained cracks.Silane KH560 was chemically bonded to hot-dip Al-Zn steel substrate forming by Si-O-Al,Si-O-Zn and C-O-Si structures.Besides,as-prepared composite coatings mainly consisted of C,O,Si,S,Al and Zn elements;and they had good adhesion to the steel substrate and could significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the hot-dip Al-Zn steel sheets.
