摘 要:根据某企业热浸镀锌工艺,分析了废弃物的产生和减排。基于GB/T 20106-2006建立了热浸镀锌行业清洁生产指标体系,以某加工量为3.0×104t/a的热浸镀锌为例,进行了清洁生产水平评估,列举了有代表性的清洁生产方案,探讨了中、高费用方案实施效果,预测了清洁生产达标情况,对今后热浸镀锌行业清洁生产审核工作的开展具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。The production processes,waste generation and emission reduction for hot-dip galvanizing industry were stated simply.A clean production index system for hot-dip galvanizing industry was established according to Chinese National Standard GB / T 20106-2006.With a hot-dip galvanized steel company possessing processing capacity of 30 000 tons / year as the case,the level of clean production was evaluated,and representative clean production plans were presented.Moreover,the implementation of medium-and high-cost clean production plans was analyzed,and the clean production status was forecasted.The present research,hopefully,was to provide some reference and guidance for clean production audit of hot-dip galvanizing industry.
