摘 要:由于大量铜离子的干扰,目前常用的Pb2+含量测试法不能准确测定化学镀铜液中的Pb2+含量。基于酸性条件下Pb2+与二溴对甲基偶氮磺反应生成的蓝色配合物在630am波长处有最大吸收的特性,采用分光光度法对碱性镀铜液中的Pb2+含量进行了测定,并对各测试条件进行了优选,绘制了标准曲线,对化学镀铜液进行了测试及加标回收试验。结果表明:化学镀铜液中Pb2+含量在0—30μg/25mL内符合比耳定律,摩尔吸光系数为7.99×104IM(mol·ClTI),测量相对标准偏差为1.89%,回收率分别为99.6%和101.4%。In acid medium,lead reacts with dibromo-p-methylsulfonzo to form a blue complex which exhibits the maximum absorption at 630 nm.Thus a spectrophotometric method was established to determine the content of Pb2 +in electroless Cu plating solution,and various conditions for measurement were optimized.Moreover,standard working curves were drawn,and the electroless Cu plating solution was detected while recovery tests with standard additions were conducted.Results indicated that Beer's law was obeyed when the content of Pb2 +was in the range of 0 ~ 30 μg /mL,and the molar absorptivity is 7.99 × 104L /(mol·cm).Besides,the relative standard deviation was 1.89%,and the recoveries were 99.6% and 101.4%,respectively.
