摘  要:煤矿井下的气体在封闭的环境中传输,信息难以获取,采集数据不完整,导致无法准确地对井下的密封不严、腐蚀穿孔等情况及时感知而造成危险气体泄漏发生爆炸;将传感网络的思想引入到管道内爆炸风险监控中,在管道中布置压力传感器与气敏传感器对管内数据进行采集与处理;针对危险气体模型在系统的软件设计中,用Zigbee网络协议构造传感网络,使用信号补偿技术配合粒子群寻优搜索技术对井下危险气体进行搜索;实际的系统测试中在不同距离的测试环境下,系统测试的最大报警误差在2%以内。Transmission of the coal mine gas in a closed environment, information is difficult to obtain, incomplete data, lead to can't ae eurately untight seal, corrosion perforation of downhole, and so on and so forth in time perception and cause gas leak explosion danger; Thoughts of sensor network is introduced into the pipe explosion risk monitoring, decorate in the pipeline pressure sensor and gas sensor data acquisition and processing in pipe; Against dangerous gas model in system software design, using Zigbee sensor network protocol structure network, using the signal compensation technology with particle swarm optimization search search for dangerous gases underground; The ac- tual system tests under different distance of test environment, within 2% of the maximum error of the alarm system test.
