摘  要:为了对汽车仪表的自主研发提供功能验证支持,开发了一款兼具串口和CAN总线通讯的汽车仪表功能验证系统;仪表功能验证系统包括系统软件,控制硬件和被测仪表3部分,采用可供用户自定义选择的串口和CAN总线两种数据通讯方式;系统控制并输出用于验证仪表功能的电源、电压、脉冲等常规量信号,串口信号和CAN总线信号,驱动汽车仪表模块验证其性能;结果表明:系统具有良好的集成性,能够满足实时性要求,测试结果准确;该系统节约了汽车仪表研发成本,缩短了开发周期。To provide testing support for independent research and development of the automotive instrument,an automotive instrument verification System based on the Serial ports and CAN bus communication was developed.The verification system consists of three parts: system software,control hardware and the instrument under test,and has two data communication methods of user-defined serial port and CAN bus.The system control and outputs the amount of power,voltage,pulse,and other conventional signal used to verify the instrument function,the amount of serial signals and CAN bus signal quantity,and can drive the automobile instrument module to verify the function. The results show that:the test system can meet the requirements of real-time,and the test results are accurate.It economizes the cost and shortens the period of developing the automotive instrument.
