摘　　要：从总体情况、岗位内容、人员管理、优势及不足等几个方面,调查25所北京市"211"重点高校图书馆岗位社会化的现状,提出完善高校图书馆岗位社会化的几点建议:区分核心业务和非核心业务;选择合适的形式,并有针对性地管理;重视对岗位社会化人员的投入;加强对在编人员的培训,深化服务。This paper investigates the status of work socialization in university libraries within the Project 211 universities located in Beijing, in terms of the total information, work contents, staff management, the advantages and disadvantages. Based on the survey, the paper puts forward some suggestions including differentiating the core professional work, choosing appropriate style of socialization and managing effectively, paying attention to the investment of the staff of socialization, and strengthening the training of the official staff to improve the service level.
