摘　　要：本文对系统进行深入研究，在此基础上对系统管理运行模型、系统技术方案和系统实施方案等几个方面进行了设计，为邯郸市城建管理运行系统提供了一个全方位的解决方案，为城建管理系统的建设与运行提供了整体和预期达到的参考模式。Based on a deep research into the urban-construction management system, this paper makes designs for such items as the operation model of the management system, the technical program of the system, the program for the system to be executed and so on, which offers a comprehensive solution to the operation system of the urban-construction of Handan city and serves as a reference, integral and promising for the construction and execution of the urban-construction management system.
