摘  要:目的:建立银杏叶提取物的精制工艺。方法:以总黄酮醇苷和萜类内酯量为考察指标,采用L。(3-4)正交试验,探索乙醇提取最佳工艺。结果:采用5倍量90%(v/v)浓度的乙醇回流2h,提取4次;提取液浓缩至相对密度1.10(65~75℃)后,静置8h,去除相应杂质(叶绿素、树脂);使用DA201大孔吸附树脂,750.4(v/v)乙醇作为洗脱剂对粗提物进行纯化;再用0.2%活性炭80℃保温30min,除去银杏酸。结论i该工艺稳定、可行,适宜进行工业化生产。Objective: The extraction technology of extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves was established. Methods: The extraction process was optimized through L9 (34) orthographic experimented design by selecting the content of flavonoids and terpenoids as the analysis indexes. Results:The optimal process conditions were as follows: Recirculation, added 5 times of Ginkgo biloba L with 90% ethanol for 2 h and four times. The ethanol solution of ginkgo leaf extracts was inspissationed to 1.10(65-75℃ ), stood, and the impurities such as chlorophyll, and resins etc. , were then removed. The preliminary ethanol concentrates were further purified through a macroporous resin chromatograph, which adsorbed the ginkgo leaves extracts, with an elution by 75 % ethanol. Finally, incubate with 0.2 % of activated carbon 80℃ for 30 rain, removed ginkgolic acid. Conclusion:The extraction process was stable, feasible and suitable for manufacturing scales.
