天王补心丹加减配合刺络拔罐治疗围绝经期综合征40例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨天王补心丹配合刺络拔罐治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:选择符合诊断标准的40例围绝经期综合征患者为研究对象,以天王补心丹加减治疗,并在此基础上,配合肺俞、心俞穴位刺络拔罐治疗。根据改良式Kupperman评分来评估其治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,所有患者的临床症状均有所改善,其中显效19例,有效16例,无效5例,分别占总例数的47.5%、40.0%和12.5%,总有效率达87.5%。结论:天王补心丹加减配合刺络拔罐治疗围绝经期综合征疗效显著,可较快缓解症状,且安全简便,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of combination of acupuncture,cupping therapy and Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan on perimenopausal syndrome.Methods:40patients with peri-menopausal syndrome were enrolled into our study.All of them were treated by the combination of acupuncture and cupping therapy at Fei Shu and Xin Shu points,in addition to the administration of Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan.The effect of our combined therapy was evaluated with the revised Kupperman scoring system.Results:Peri-menopausal symptoms in most patients had been ameliorated after being treated.Among all patients,treatment is markedly effective in 19patients,effective in 16patients and ineffective in 5patients,which account for 47.5%,40% and 12.5% of all enrolled patients separately,and the cumulative effective percentage was 87.5%.Conclusion:This therapy is apparently effective on ameliorating peri-menopausal syndromes,while it's simple and safe worthy to be applied.
