氯沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的:观察氯沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将临床诊断为高血压的老年患者90例随机分为氯沙坦组、苯磺酸氨氯地平组和氯沙坦+苯磺酸氨氯地平组三组,分别给予口服氯沙坦、苯磺酸氨氯地平及两者联合治疗,观察用药12周后三组患者血压及心率情况,并行肝肾功能检测,对不良反应发生率进行统计分析,判断用药的疗效及安全性。结果:三组用药均能明显降低患者的血压和心率,且氯沙坦+苯磺酸氨氯地平组疗效最佳,与其它两组相比有明显差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。三组患者用药前后肝肾功能无明显变化,不良反应发生率无明显差异。结论:氯沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压疗效确切且安全可靠。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Losartan combined with Amlodipine besylate On the elderly patients with hypertension. Methods ： 90 cases of clinically diagnosed as hypertension in elderly patients were randomly divided into 3 groups and orally treated with Losartan, Amlodipine besylate and Losartan combined with Amlodipine besylate respectively. Ob- serve the improvement of blood pressure and heart rate after 12 weeks. Detect the renal and hepatic function god analysis the inci- dence of adverse reactions. Results： The results show that three kinds of medication could reduce patients＇ blood pressure, and corn bined drug achieved the best efficacy （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. No significant differences in kidney and liver function appeared during treatment process and the incidence of adverse reactions expressed little obvious difference. Conclusion ： It is safe and effective for Losartan combined with Amlodipine besylate treating elderly patients with hypertension.
