摘　　要：工业遗产的保护和利用在城市建设和发展中扮演着重要的角色,全面分析我国对于工业遗产研究和利用的现状,并在此基础上,结合上海的实际,探讨国内第一座玻璃博物馆的建设历程。总结上海玻璃厂成功转型这一工业遗产保护和利用的优秀案例,提出合理定位、准确决策、严谨设计策划以及灵活高效的后期运作是项目成功的根本保证。The protection and use of the industrial heritages play an important role in the urban construction and the development .It was analyzed comprehensively the research on industrial heritages and the status of their use in China.Based on which, linked with Shanghai ’ s reality, it also was discussed the domestic first glass museum construction course .It was summarized the excellent case of reforming successfully Shanghai Glass Factory , as well as its protection an use;it was pointed out that the reasonable localization , the accurate decision-making, the rigorous design plan as well as the nimble and efficient later period operation were the basic guarantees of the project success .
