摘 要:为了研究紫外光老化对不同级配SBS AC-16沥青混合料的影响,设计出4种"S"型级配,采用马歇尔试验确定其最佳油石比,对成型试件在紫外老化箱内老化,对老化后试件进行车辙试验、劈裂试验和回弹模量测试,通过老化前后数据对比,优选出抗紫外线性能较好的级配。结果显示,紫外线对高温稳定性影响较大,老化前后动稳定度最大降幅达68.21%;而对低温稳定性影响较小,平均降幅在10%左右。在强紫外地区,推荐采用S1型或S0型级配作为参考。In order to study the effect of ultraviolet radiation aging on different gradation levels of SBS AC-16 asphalt mixture, four kinds of "S" type gradations are designed, and the optimum asphalt-aggregate ratio is determined by adopting Marshall Test. Then rutting test, splitting test and resilient modulus test are studied after the molding specimens in the UV aging box is aged. The better ultraviolet resistance grading can be selected by contrasting the data before and after aging. The results show that ultraviolet ray has a great effect on high temperature stability, and the biggest drop of dynamic stability reaches 68.21% before and after aging, while lesser influence on the low temperature stability, the average fall was about 10%. Therefore, in the strong ultraviolet region, $1 or SO is recommended for reference.
