摘  要:分布式电源及储能系统的并网运行使配电网供电恢复更加复杂。基于功率可控分布式电源及储能系统倍率放电、荷电状态与孤岛运行时间等因素,提出了孤岛运行约束条件及孤岛备用容量模型;提出了以恢复供电负荷最大为目标函数,考虑孤岛运行备用容量约束、无电磁环网运行约束、支路潮流及节点电压约束的配电网供电恢复模型。结合配电网辐射状网络、负荷依次接入的特征,提出了逐步最优的改进贪婪算法,分别以可供电功率最大与线损微增率最小为选择判据,求解故障后配电网网络重构与孤岛划分。通过算例验证了考虑孤岛并网备用容量的供电恢复模型与改进贪婪算法,并对算法效率进行了比较分析。Grid-connected operation of distributed generators(DG)and energy storage systems(ESS)make power restoration of distributed network more complex.Constraint conditions of isolated island operation and the reserved capacity model for the isolated island are proposed based on power-adjustable DG and ESS and considering high rate discharging,charging state of ESS and operation time of isolated island.A power restoring model for distributed network is put forward with maximum restored power load as the objective function and the constraints of reserved capacity,open-loop,line flow and node voltage taken into account.An improved greedy algorithm of the power supply area for power restoration is presented based on the radical network and the characteristic of step by step load access,which is applied in operating reconfiguration and islanding of faulty distribution line with maximum power supply capacity and minimum line loss rate as the criteria for selection.Two typical cases are studied to test and verify the model and algorithm,and the efficiency of the algorithm is analyzed and compared with other algorithms.
