摘　　要：在研究电力视频数字图像处理方法的基础上,结合电力系统网络现状,提出了基于云计算方法的电力视频故障及状态智能检测新技术架构,满足大规模数字视频监控系统的运行可靠性需求。This paper presents a new intelligent detection technology for power video monitoring malfunction and state based on cloud computing method. This method is built on the basis of power video digital image processing methods and combined with the present situation of electric system network, which can meet the operational reliability require- ments of massive digital video monitoring system.
