摘　　要：学校场域中的隐性教育歧视具有隐蔽性和非制度性的特点,对学生造成长久的弥散性伤害,却常常被人们所忽视。为了实现更为公平的学校教育,需要从文化传统、社会现实、教育制度以及学校办学思想和教师个人素质等多方面去探讨隐性教育歧视的形成机理和防范路径。Recessive education discrimination in the School Field has the recessive and non - systematic characteristics. It brings the students long and disseminated hurt which is usually neglected. For the fairer school education, it is necessary to explore the formation mechanism and preventing way of the recessive education discrimination from multi - aspects of cultural tradition, social reality, educational system, school and teacher development, etc.
