回族民间叙事诗中的法理情研究

摘　　要：回族民间叙事诗是回族民间文学中的奇葩,它不仅反映了回族人民的文学成就,同时,由于其叙事性特征,也是回族民众社会历史实践在文学中较为真实的反映。叙事诗通过事件叙述和人物形象刻画传达了回族人民在法理情方面的思想观点,因此,研究叙事诗中的法理情是了解和研究回族民众生活习惯和社会思想的有效渠道。Narrative Poem in Hui folk is a miracle of Hui folk＇ s literatures. It not only reflects the literature achievement of Hui people, but also reflects the real social ＆ history practice of Hui people because of its narrative characteristics. According to the narration of events and characterization of person, narrative poems convey the ideas and thoughts of Hui people in the aspects of legal, principle and emotion. Therefore, studying legal situation of narrative Poem is an effective channel to understand and study the national habits and social thoughts of Hui people.
