摘  要:绝缘类故障是GIS设备故障的主要原因之一,多数是由于盆式绝缘子、绝缘操作杆、支持绝缘子等固体绝缘介质表面发生沿面放电,造成导体对地或相间短路。对几起典型的GIS设备绝缘故障及原因进行分析,进一步提出GIS设备绝缘类故障的预控建议:加强设备制造和现场安装环节质量监督,严把交接验收和交接试验关,规范设备运行检查和检修维护工作,重视SF6气体品质监督。Insulation defect is a main reason leading to the failure of GIS, most of which are the short circuit between the conductor and ground or phases caused by the discharge on the surfaces of solid dielectric insulation, such as disc insulator, insulating operating lever, post insulator and etc. In this paper, several typical insulation failures of GIS equipment and their causes are introduced. Moreover, the suggestions for preventing the GIS equipment from insulation failures are presented:l)strengthe quality supervision of equipment manufacturing and field installation;2)stricting acceptance handover aspects;3)standardizing equipment operation inspection and repair and maintenance ning the and test work;4)emphasizing on the quality of supervision and SF6 gas.
