摘 要:复合绝缘子以其优异的耐污闪性能和良好的技术经济性而越来越多的应用在特高压直流输电线路中。分析±800 kV特高压直流耐张串复合绝缘子的运行性能,为实验室评价现场运行耐张串复合绝缘子的特性和状态提供指导,笔者对4支800 kV直流复合绝缘子进行了研究,主要包括污秽度测量、憎水性测试、水煮及陡波试验、工频电压试验、密封性能试验、机械破坏性试验等。研究结果表明,在特高压直流线路已经挂网运行5年的耐张串复合绝缘子的憎水性能、电气性能和机械性能仍均良好,高压端和低压端积污较为严重,水煮试验可以作为人工加速老化试验的重要手段。并对耐张串复合绝缘子的设计及运行提出建议。Composite insulator has good application prospects in ultra high voltage (UHV) DC transmission lines due to its excellent anti-pollution characteristic and high tech-economic efficiency. To analyze the performance characteristic of tension string consisted of ±800 kV DC composite insulators, which could provide reference for evaluating the performance and the status of composite insulators in service, 4 pieces of ±800 kV DC composite insulators were selected to be tested. The detection items included pollution measurement, hydrophobicity test, water boiled test and steep front impulse test, line frequency withstand voltage test, seal performance test, mechanical destructive test, et al. The results show that In UHV DC lines has been running for 5 years of tension string composite insulators hydrophobicity, electric performance and mechanical performance is still good; Insulator high voltage side and low voltage side pollution is more serious; Water boiled experiment can be as an important means of artificial accelerated aging test; Suggestion for the design and operation of tension string of composite insulator in the future are proposed.
