摘 要:对宁德大港水电站大烟35 kV线路近几年发生的多起雷击断线事故进行了分析和讨论,并根据线路的实地调查情况以及实验室试验结果,认为避雷器与绝缘子配合不当、线路与变电站绝缘水平不配合、进线段保护措施不完善、中性点接地方式存在问题是该线路多年来频发雷害事故的主要原因。研究表明:对配合不当的线路避雷器进行试验和更换;完善变电站进线段保护;测量系统电容电流,确定合适的中性点接地方式等改造措施可大大降低雷击事故的概率,提高线路运行的安全可靠性,这些措施已在福建许多地区实行,取得很好的防雷效果。In this paper, the lightning-caused breaking accidents of da-yan 35 KV line in Ningde happened in recent years is analyzed and discussed. It is considered that using improper line lightning arrester, the insulation level between line and substation don't match, the grounding method of neutral point has problem are main reason for the frequently happened lightning stroke accident of the line. Studies has shown that testing the improper line lightning arrester and replace them; perfecting protection for Transmission and Distribution Line; measuring the Capacitive current of the system to determine the proper method of neutral point can reduce the probability of lightning accident and Improve the safety and reliability of the line,these measures have been used in many areas in fujian province, which has got a good lightning protection effect.
