摘  要:低压电源SPD现有脱扣技术的缺点:基于极限状态的脱扣,脱扣不及时,不精确,不可再用,加工制造质量管理的复杂性,智能脱扣技术实现的难点:在线实时监测SPD性能的复杂性,通过TRIZ理论分析指出智能脱扣技术是低压SPD脱扣技术发展的必然方向,并探讨了智能脱扣技术的优点:精确、及时和可重用性;探讨了其实现方法:基于微弱信号检测技术实时在线检测压敏电阻的性能,通过程序控制判断SPD的性能实现精确脱扣。At present, There exist some disadvantages of tripping technology of SPD in low voltage source based on limit state such as the tripping not in time and inaccuracy; furthermore, the tripping device is not reusable and is complexly to manage its processing and manufacturing quality. The difficulty on realization of intelligent tripping technology (IDT) about the SPDs connected to low voltage distribution power system is the complexity of online real-time monitoring the SPD performance. By TRIZ theory analysis, it shows that the IDT is the inevitable evolution direction. The advantage of IDT like tripping in time, accurately, reusable etc is discussed. And the realization of IDT, real-time online monitoring the varistor properties based on weak signal detection technology, by the program control to determine the performance and to achieve precise tripping, are also discussed.
