摘  要:为解决某矿1001综采工作面大断面开切眼第二横掘进过程中薄层破碎顶板的支护难题,基于上覆岩层"散体-块体"模型,建立采空区下煤层开切眼UDEC离散元数值计算模型,得出大断面开切眼围岩应力及位移曲线。模拟结果表明:第一横掘进完成后煤壁前方2.5~4 m区域顶板岩体应力较为集中,为保证开切眼第二横掘进过程中巷道顶板的有效控制,需对此区域进行重点加固。结合现场地质工程条件,设计采用马丽散注浆技术对该区域进行顶板加固。For solving the support problems of thin crushing roof when tunneling the large section open-off cut at the second time in1001 fully mechanized caving face of one certain coal mine,base on the " dispersion-block" model of overlying strata,it built UDEC discrete element numerical calculation model of open-off cut in lower coal seam of the goaf,drew the stress and displacement curve of surrounding rock of the large section open-off cut. The numerical simulation results indicated that the roof rock stress was more concentrated in front of coal wall region of 2. 5 to 4 m after finishing the first horizontal excavation. In order to ensure effective control for roadway roof during second tunneling of open-off cut,it was necessary to focus on strengthening this region. Combined with the actual geology and engineering condition,it used malisan grouting technology to reinforce the roof of this region.
