摘 要:废水闭路循环是解决电解锰废水污染问题的有效途径。通过对电解锰废水产生过程和水质水量的分析,确定削减废水水量和除去废水中铬是实现电解锰废水闭路循环的关键。为使电解锰废水闭路循环有更大的可操作空间,进行了15 mL/L和20 mL/L废水的回用实验,实验结果表明:电解液净化试剂H2O2、SDD消耗量和电流效率较无回用时差异不明显;电解过程中,无电解锰发黑、返溶等异常现象出现;电解产品符合YB/T 051—2003 DJMnD标准,纯度达99.9%以上。Wastewater closed cycle was an effective way to solve electrolytic manganese wastewater pollution problem. The source, quality and quantity of electrolytic manganese wastewater were analyzed, and the key problem for realizing electrolytic manganese wastewater closed cycle was determined. The prophase studies and results for realizing electrolytic manganese wastewater closed cycle were introduced. To make greater operational space for wastewater closed cycle, 15 mL/L and 20 mL/L electrolytic manganese wastewater without chromium were reused in electrolytic manganese combined process. The experiment results showed that the consumption of electrolyte purifier reagent( H~ 02 and SDD)and current efficiency were almost the same as no reuse. There were no unusual phenomena such as nigrescence, dissolved and so on during electrolysis process. The purity of electrolytic manganese products was up to 99.9% , which could meet YB/T 051 -2003 DJMnD standard.
