摘 要:为了研究植物修复技术对新疆原油污染土壤的修复效果,以生物量和石油烃降解率作为检测指标,以玉米、盐地碱蓬和狗牙根三种植物作为供试材料,通过室内模拟控制试验,研究了不同浓度石油污染土壤条件下三种植物的响应。结果表明:不同植物对原油的响应不同,低浓度原油污染(<5 g/kg)能刺激玉米的生长,其地上生物量显著增加;中浓度原油污染条件且盐分含量较低的情况下可促进盐地碱蓬地上生物量;从石油降解率来看,相较之下,狗牙根在中低浓度(≤10 g/kg)原油污染土壤中的石油烃降解率最高。To study phytoremediation effect of petroleum contaminated soil in Xinjiang, biomass and total petroleum hydrocarbons degradation rate are taken as the detection indicators. The three plants, zea mays, Suaeda salsa L and Bermuda grass are selected as the tested sample. Indoor analog control experiment is utilized to research the responses of the three plants to different concentrations of petroleum contaminated soil. The results showed that different plants have different response to crude oil. The low-concentration crude oil contamination ( 〈 5 g/kg) can stimulate the growth of Zea mays, a significant increase in above-ground biomass. The condition of moderate concentrations and low salt concentration can promote the above- ground biomass of Suaeda salsa L. Viewing from total petroleum hydrocarbons degradation rate, Bermuda grass has the highest rate in low-moderate concentration ( 〈 10 g/kg) petroleum contaminated soil.
